• Completed transactions cannot be canceled or refunded, except in case of system errors caused by GoBuy Mitra.
• Double-check the destination number, amount, and product before confirming payment.
• Deposited balance cannot be withdrawn as cash unless through the withdrawal feature available in the app.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Promotions and bonuses are valid only during the specified period and under the stated terms.

We strive to keep the service running 24/7. However, GoBuy Mitra is not liable for delays or failures caused by provider network issues, third-party services, or system maintenance.
